If you are planning to apply to TAMU for graduate studies, please contact the Department for information. Their web site is here. They can provide you with all the information you need.

Do not contact me for information regarding your admission status, chances of admission, or financial aid chances, as I have no idea. This is handled by the Graduate Admission Committee and by the Office of the Graduate Advisor.
