The start of the game:

When a user first opens the application, the user should navigate their mouse to the center of the screen marked with a center hash. The user then presses the Space bar button on the keyboard in order to begin shooting.

Shooting the arrow:

The user can click and hold the left mouse button to charge up the power of the arrow. Charging the power of the arrow will shoot the arrow further. The maximum length a user may charge each arrow is 6 seconds. Users are free to pan the screen in order to aim while charging the arrow. Once the target is located, release the left mouse key and the arrow will fly off.

Effects:

Popping a balloon will create a small particle explosion. The user is free to shoot arrows as fast as he can. Balloons are spawned randomly infront of the user's screen.
